Chapter 1 General Principles
Article 1 The name of this party shall be the Democratic Progressive Party. The objective of the Party is to realize its guiding principles.
Article 2 The flag of the Party is green with a white cross, inscribed with the form of Taiwan in green in the middle of the cross.
